Judy Ricardo has been a God send, she worked tirelessly to help put a beautiful home torn up by renters back into upscale topnotch shape for us. We live out of state, and could never have accomplished this without Judy. She arranged for contractors and installers to do all the necessary repairs, people whom we would have no access to. She has been a delight to work with, and never once failed to accommodate us in any way. Cathy who works with Judy is priceless too, she helped get much needed info, and never faltered. These women are on a scale of 0 to a 💯 the best in real estate!! Thank you Judy & Cathy for having my back!! 🤗

Simply put, Judy is fantastic to work with! She knows the market extremely well, recommended the right price for our home based on the renovations we'd made, advised us what to expect the day the house went on the market and sold our home in less than 2 days. Judy kept us advised as preparations to list our home were underway, kept us advised of the offerers that came in the first and second days on the market, made numerous suggestions along the way and was 100% correct in everything she did and recommended. We couldn't have been happier with what she did for us and would recommend her completely for buying or selling your home. She is professional in every way and has your very best interest at heart. She's honest, communicates effectively, makes the right recommendations and did an outstanding job for us.....we would highly recommend her!!!

I selected Judy as my realtor having witnessed her expertise and dedication to the wants/needs of one of her other clients whose family has had a real-estate relationship with her for over 20 years. Not only from observation, but now from first hand experience, I recommend Judy without reservation. She has been a Godsend to me as I contracted to build a home in Winston Salem while living out of state. Judy was my eyes and ears, my counselor for advice in the process and a trusted ally to address concerns with multiple parties throughout the build AND after closing. She is knowledgeable, thorough, committed, reliable---everything you could want in your realtor. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Judy was a delight to work with! She went above and beyond her duties to make sure everything went smoothly. She had creative ideas and truly cared about helping us have the best possible selling experience.
