I have twice needed to offer a rental unit for lease. On both occasions Judy McAlister professionally handled the entire operation. She lined up the cleaning people, did all the advertising, took the phone calls, showed the property, wrote the leases, and supplied the wisdom, experience, and advice that I needed to ensure the transactions were legal and trouble-free. Judy made things so convenient for me that I'll never again think of doing this by myself.

Judy discussed her plan for selling our home, how she would accomplish this task, and how she thought it should be priced. We both think it was this open-minded, thinking process, coupled with Judy's honest discussion with us, and thorough comparison with competitive properties, that had us conclude we were with the "right" real estate sales person. We were thinking that a four-month timeframe for selling was realistic ... Judy cut this in half! In a tough real property environment, Judy represented us professionally and was there, every step of the way, making sure we understood where the prospect for sale was, and where and what she had planned, next. It was indeed a pleasure working with Ms. McAlister.
