I called Judy years before I was actually ready to buy a house. I just wanted to get around and see what was available in the price range I was looking for and get a feel for what I could get for a loan. When I called her, I let her know I was not yet ready to buy. She patiently drove me around to quite a few places until I felt I was comfortable with what I needed to do to get a home I would be happy with. Many years later, when I was ready to buy, she remembered me and happily took me to the homes I was interested in. I had a lender but she hooked me up with a local lender who gave me an even better interest rate. Getting the loan didn't go as smooth, through no fault of hers and we both had to prod the lender to keep him going, but I got the home I wanted. She was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.
