We have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Judy to purchase two homes over the last six years. Originally a vacation home and most recently a "forever for now" home. Judy has been a pleasure to work with, she took the time to understand our needs and requirements and worked tirelessly to find opportunities that met our needs and goals. She is an agent you can count on to stay engaged through the purchase and after, assisting when we needed an extra eye or hand. I highly recommend her!

I loved working with Judy, she is a joy. She helped me sell my mother’s house at a very difficult time for us all. She is very knowledgeable and made it so easy and stress free, guiding me through from staging to closing . And she put her whole heart and all her considerable expertise into it and it showed! If you are looking for someone who will work hard for you and have your best interest at heart, you don’t have to look any further.

Judy is fabulous. Professional and smart. She knows how to work the deal. Has a great eye for value. In addition, she makes the process of buying or selling less anxiety producing than I ever thought imaginable. Friendly and positive, she gets the job done!

We had an excellent experience in buying our new home! Judy is a wonderful agent who is understanding, patient, kind, funny, and very knowledgeable. She listened to everything we said and knew exactly what we wanted after our first visit! Judy was always asking questions and making sure we were comfortable during the entire process. She was an ear for us even with the stress we were going through in selling our home. She was also always available for us at any time, which in my eyes is huge!! There were times we were just not sure and Judy always made it clear that we should be happy and confident with our decision. Her experience and knowledge of this area were SO beneficial! She was so easy to work with and your company is so lucky to have such a qualified, dedicated and confident agent working for you. She comes highly recommended in our eyes and when anyone asks for a Real Estate agent we will refer them to Judy LaValliere with Michael Saunders & Company! Thank-you, Jennifer and Pete Harrigan

Judy LaValliere represented us in the recent purchase of our new home in Bradenton. She did an outstanding job for us. Her knowledge of the market in particular was most valuable in our decision to find the right property. You are very fortunate to have Judy as a representative of your company. We are really enjoying our new home.
