JUDY HELPED US FIND OUR NEW HOME. IT WAS FUN WORKING WITH HER, SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND MADE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING, BUYING A HOME IS THE BIGGEST PURCHASE OF YOUR LIFE AND YOU NEED SOMEONE YOU TRUST AND THAT WAS JUDY. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Judy was absolutely amazing throughout our entire home-buying journey! From touring houses with us, all the way through closing—and even after closing—she was always there to help. She is one of the most patient, caring, and dedicated people we’ve had the pleasure of working with. You can truly tell how passionate she is about her job and her clients. Even while she was on vacation, she still made sure to stay in contact with us and check in. She always made sure we were getting what we wanted and never hesitated to help or answer any questions we had. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through such an important experience.

Judy was an outstanding realtor. She went above and beyond for us during our almost 2 year home buying search. She always made sure to check in on us during the hiatus we took from looking at homes. She made time for us even with our crazy schedules. To put it simply Judy treated us like family and that is what sets Judy apart from other realtors. We can’t express how thankful we are for Judy and how easy she made buying our home.

Our first time buying a house and it went so smoothly and quickly! Thank you!

Great service. Very caring and attentive. Judy made buying a house fun and easy. I will be recommending her to everyone and anyone I know. She is truly a blessing

We are pcsing to Cabot, and bought a property prior to getting there. Judy was patient and showing all the different properties and made things real easy. Because we not there yet we are trying to get the property ready for when we arrive with things like cleaning and yard work, Judy been very helpful with looking over the property for us and helping with those extra things.

Judy G. was the realtor we worked with during our recent home purchase. Since we were moving from out of state, she met my parents showing them homes so we could feel confident in our decision. After our initial home fell through, she met them again to help us find the right place. She also personally stopped by the house both before closing to ensure everything was in order and after closing to help answer utility questions. We would confidently recommend her to others.

Judy was always available to help with issues and got the house sold quickly. Would definitely recommend Judy as your real estate agent.

Judy helped us so incredibly much through our first-time home purchase. She was sweet and thoughtful each step of the way. She was always willing to answer our questions and made sure that while we were looking at houses she talked with us about future plans and our goals and wants to fine tune our house search. She's been such a blessing for my wife and I and we would happily use her again in the future if we decide to move/upgrade to a bigger home!

Judy Girtman was such a pleasure to work with. She was always there when I needed her. Always accommodating and very punctual.
