Juanita made selling our Mom's home seamless. She worked hard to get the best deal for her. The staging and photos she recommended resulted in several offers and a quick sale.

Juanita is literally the best, most caring realtor there is!! She went above and beyond with everything

Juanita helped us sell our house just a few weeks ago and we also purchased three homes with her guidance in the past thirty plus years and each time d she did an excellent job. She is thorough and pays attention to every detail. She provided guidance when needed and she is truly knowledgeable regarding the financing process, providing us with excellent options. Her negotiation skills are excellent. Juanita was our first choice and I would encourage you to also select her. Juanita, thank you for everything!

What a wonderful experience we had working with you, Juanita. Your knowledge of real estate was so comforting to us, and all of our questions answered. You kept us updated and explained everything, including questions we didn’t know to ask. You are the BEST! We can’t thank you enough for all you did, from pricing our home accurately, to staging it so potential buyers could feel themselves living there. Because of your experience & expertise, our home sold in a record 4 days! Thank you for helping with all the little things needed in the month before the closing. Words cannot describe our gratitude!!! You are just wonderful.

Juanita, you could not have done better!! You estimated the value of the home accurately. You presented the home beautifully, inside and outside. You worked well with the buyer’s agent. You went above and beyond in every area!! Thank you so much!!

To the nines! Juanita went above and beyond throughout the entire home selling process. Her organizational skills and ability to keep track of things are second to none. A true ally to have during a stressful time.
