The Association (Alton Madison) or Seagrape, I beleive that the name has changed, was very unprofessional through the process. The salesperson was very professional at listening to my concerns and appropriately communicating within the context of her capabilities. My $1250 deposit with Alton might still be on the air, while unnappropriate fees and errors on seller's ledger have been passed over to me.

Saud, Cinthia, and Juana were the very best people to work with, not just as realtors, but as human beings. They are all amazing, professional, honest, and thorough. We could not believe how smoothly the process went, and it is because each person on the team did excellent work and communicated with us quickly and well. I would recommend them to anyone.
