Joy did a great job. We had hoped to sell sooner and for a higher price, but, 3 eariy offers fell through, none of which were her fault. In the end we are happy with the result. We had moved out of state shortly after putting the house on the market and Zhou did a great job looking after the house and keeping us apprised of any issues that needed to be addressed
Joy went above and beyond every time I needed something. Within 10 minutes of a text, I would have a response answering the question or letting me know when she will have the answer. It was amazing and I don’t know how Joy pulls it off every time. I always felt comfortable and not over my head or overwhelmed. She is a SERIOUS ASSET to the company.
