Just when my fiancé and I had lost almost all hope when it came to buying a house, Josh came along! We were first time home buyers and truly had no clue where to start when it came to buying a home. After meeting with Josh, we knew after just a couple of minutes that we were in good hands. He made sure to explain every little thing to us and was extremely patient with us, even when we had a million questions. He also always knew the answers to every question that we had, his knowledge is endless. Not only does he have a plethora of knowledge and is extremely patient, he was also very quick to call or text whenever we reached out or he had new information. We never had to worry about not being able to get in contact with him, or not knowing what was happening. He truly is amazing at what he does and we will 100% be recommending him to anyone buying a home. You truly can’t find a lot of people as kind, patient, and informational as Josh!
We happen to meet Josh with Berkshire Hathaway at an open house and I’m so glad we did! He sat down with us, got to know us and our wants/needs. He was very flexible with our busy work schedules, showing us houses in the evenings and weekends. Joshua Priou was incredible in my home purchase process. He made himself available when we wanted tight turnarounds, was knowledgeable about the inventory and marketplace, helped us through the whole process as new to Nevada residents, and resulted in a close process that ended up ahead of schedule. I have moved 4 times in the last 7 years and he was by far the best buying agent we’ve encountered. If we ever moved again, we would absolutely pick him as the selling agent.
Talking with Josh was just a chance call. We were just looking for a agent in the area. We called another agent first but she didn’t answer. Then we called Berkshire and we were looking for Lisa, who was listed. With our luck Josh answered! Not saying Lisa would have been bad. Josh has been great!
