Joseph was very helpful to set a realistic price for our condo. He was able to show us how the price worked with the current market. He kept us abreast of questions and concerns and we were able to address all issues that came up. Joe does a great job. Once you sign the contract you know he'll take care of things to get your house sold. We sold three houses with him and bought another one.
