A resident of Sarasota for 23+ years, Josef considers himself a native of this special region of Florida. He has seen the area evolve in amazing ways— from the soaring skyline to nationally-ranked schools, globally-renowned sports venues, museums as well as world-class restaurants. Not only does he bring street-level local knowledge to his clients, but as a registered drone pilot, he regularly sees Sarasota from a birds-eye-view. By capturing real estate through aerial photography and cinematography, he brings an extra edge to his marketing strategy that is infinitely beneficial to his clients. <br><br>Prior to real estate, Josef worked for Harbor Roads Records in artist relations, managing communications, planning promotional events and coordinating news releases. He has traveled globally, across Europe and the Middle East on tour, giving him an international perspective which he brings with him to real estate. His experience also includes customer relations with the Bird Key Yacht Club and the Longboat Key Club. <br><br>Josef was born in Scarsdale, NY, and likes to stay close to his roots by spending his summers in the Hamptons at his family beach house. He moved to Sarasota in the early 1990s, where he graduated from the Sarasota Military Academy, earning the rank of First Sergeant. Josef lives in downtown Sarasota and loves the creative vibe of this unique city. He can often be found attending fundraisers and galas for the many non-profits that make our community a better place. Outside of his real estate schedule, Josef enjoys playing golf on one of the area’s many exceptional courses.
