Joni was great to work with. Willing to show me any property I requested. And we looked at a lot, including one oddball auction sale. Even with the new laws in place, she was willing to let me walk if our personalities clashed, but they didn't and she's super-easy to get along with. She was a voice of reason throughout the process as I was starting to get a little antsy as my rental was expiring and I didn't want to renew, but she knew I still had enough time and didn't need to jump into something I wasn't going to be completely happy with. She stayed on top of things throughout the entire buying process and kept me in line with making sure I did what I needed to do. Even after the sale, I still call her with questions, and she still graciously takes my calls. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor of their own.
