Jonathan did a great job walking us through the home buying process for our first house. Even when the sellers gave us a temporary scare of wanting to back out of the contract Jonathan remained calm and was firm in delivering our response. He did a great job representing us and closing the deal.

He advocated for me and negotiated with the seller successfully even when I was afraid to lose the house due to back up offers. He even reached out to my loan officer when needed.
