To whomever it concerns, I was very happy with John Pringle as my agent, as well as Carolina One real estate company. Coming from Florida, and knowing many real estate agents there, John really exceeded my expectations. His attention to detail, listening to my requests, and truly making me feel welcome in a new city, {as well as knowing so much about charleston) , could not be matched. In the future, I plan on recommending Carolina One as well as John,to friends and family. Jen
