John is a true professional and an expert in the art of selling vacant land. We appreciate his diligence right through to closing the sale. If you are in need of an agent to sell your vacant land, John is your man.
Great service from the start until final sale! Kept us in the loop on a regular basis. We received action on the property right away. Definately far above other agents from different agencies. Outstanding results. We would definitely recommend John Melchior.
John has done ALL he said he would do and more. The weekly review of our property listing was a pleasant suprise.
I have referred one couple to John for sale of their place in Camelot Woods, Monticello, NY.
