My wife and I have purchased twelve homes in the last thirty six years and never have we had better realtors than the Kings. John was wonderful to work with, he has a lot of knowledge when it comes to what is available and what to show you. He is honest and prides himself with treating others as he would want to be treated. Great Realtor to work with so much I may purchase another home in the next year but only with his professional help.
I was looking for a house but reside out of state. I actually contacted three other relators who advertised in the area I was looking at. Two never got back to me and one knew very little. John King Jr. was very responsive, sent me ads for houses to look at, and got to know me before I came down to FL. When I came down he had the time set aside, showed me 6 homes the first day - I put down an offer that night, it was countered the next AM and agreed upon that PM. We closed within a week! He also was very helpful in putting me in touch with various area workmen. In addition, his office staff was also very efficient and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him without reservation.
Mr. King has lived in the area for a substantial amount of time and is very knowledgeable about most any property. If he doesn't have any immediate answer he doesn't hesitate to find it!
John was extremely knowledgeable about the market we wanted to search. He set realistic expectations from the start, and exceeded most. He and his staff were quick to respond to our questions and questions from the lender. The day we moved in, the water pump quit working (a known issue). I called John, just to find out who worked on it before the inspection, and he instead of referring me to someone else, he jumped in his truck and showed me how to prime the pump. I'll definitley be recommending John to as many people as I can and would certainly choose him as an agent again in the future.
