John made this out of state transaction so easy. From the beginning, when he started sending listings, he was very connected to what we were looking for. His communication was excellent and he was so knowledgeable of the area. He was able to help us negotiate and get a great property to fit our budget. He also recommended a great local lender which made the process even smoother! We highly recommend John!
