I’m not usually one to write reviews but working with Audrey, Joel and Justin was an incredible experience. We had the opportunity to use Team Martinchek to both sell our home and purchase a new one. They were there for us every step of the way and their communication was unmatched. They honestly treated us like family and were always available to answer any questions or handle our concerns. Even when our inspection report came back with unknown issues on the home we were selling, their marketing resources allowed us to close on time with an offer for $20,000 over asking price! On both houses, we were recipients of their Frontline Heroes program and were able to qualify for a rebate off of their commission for selling our home and also a rebate on the new home we bought! Finally, when we closed on both homes (on the same day), they went the extra mile and provided resources to help with moving. Honestly, I can’t recommend Team Martinchek enough and I was thrilled with the experience I had working with all three of them!

Joel and Audrey not only found us a beautiful waterfront lot to build our dream home, they did an evaluation on our current home and explained to us how we could maximize the value by changing and adding a few items which would give it curb appeal. They stayed in contact with us throughout the purchase in which we would highly recommend them, but we also now consider them friends.
