I have known Joe Logan for over 40 years, but never had a need for a realtor until recently. When I asked Joe to assist me in locating a single level house, he jumped right into action. He located a number of houses which fit the parameters of what I described to him. It was just a very short time before we located one which fit my requirements perfectly in a great location and Joe handled the offer and closing procedures in a most professional manner and to my complete satisfaction.
