I came to Missouri to visit a very dear friend who was trying to get me to retire there. Then it seemed meant to be when I found the 3 acre lot and Joe’s name was on the sign. He gave me all the info, answered my questions and when I didn’t get back to him right away and it looked like there was some interest, he reached out to see if I was still interested. In one evening I got the offer documents, he got a verbal from the owners and I signed the same night. I went back up to Missouri and he met me to walk the property. Very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice human. Easiest property purchase I’ve experienced!
