I give Jody 5 stars because she is excellent to work with. This is the 2nd time she has sold a property for us, and she really is great at what she does. I truly feel she and Shorewest are at top tier when it comes to buying and selling realty. Shorewest as a business sets-up their employees with all the necessary tools they need to be successful in any and all current markets. I appreciate all the data and information on tracking markets, views, and their homepage which is pretty impressive. Jody is super professional, always available, timely in response, and can navigate any situation with positivity and high knowledge of her field which in turn gives an exceedingly strong criterion. In the current times that we live in, trends in finance, business, and realty can go up or down and have uncertain outcomes. I have all the confidence in Shorewest and Jody to be able look out for me not only as a client, but they understand I'm a working mom and others need my attention. They truly take care of every detail, so I don't have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend Jody and Shorewest to any family or friends I have, or anyone, or business in general.

Jody is thorough and professional, It was my pleasure to work with her,

Jody made a potentially overwhelming experience so easy! Very responsive to any questions we had along the way and made suggestions for us to consider while prepping the house for sale. So timely in her responses no matter what time of day! She's a real gem. Great to work with from initial 'here's Mom's house' full of her treasures, to emptying, cleaning, and prepping for sale. So much to think about and getting her help finding the right people to provide the services we needed. Before we new it ... SOLD!

Jody was so supportive to us, as buyers. She was clear, responsive and communicative. We appreciate the level of trustworthiness and honesty we experienced. We had a bump in our purchase and Jody assured us it would be taken care of and it was without any issues.

Jody is very knowledgeable and easy to work with! My sale and closing went very easy and smooth.

Jodi was knowledgeable, professional, and was amazing to work with. This was my wife’s and I first home sale and we knew nothing. Jodi walked us through the process and helped us make key decisions that we were unsure of. I would and have recommended Jodi to coworkers and friends.

Jody was amazing to work with on the purchase of our first home! She was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and Jody was patient, knowledgeable, and supportive every step of the way. We truly felt like she had our best interest at heart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend her to anyone!
