we were looking for a piece of property to build on , in a not too rural area

I was selling 2 building lots with water & gas. Jodi was very prompt at getting a drone video of the property etc last fall. Unfortunately snow came early & stayed late & some legal matters held me up til this spring. Jodie was very prompt with her MLS listing and putting the lot signage up .
