She helped us through every step of the process to sell our home, and then again to purchase a new home in the area. She is very responsive, helpful and has gone above and beyond with guidance for us even after the sale. On the rare occasion she was unavailable when we wanted to see property, she quickly enlisted one of her office teammates to fill in, each of whom were equally as responsive and friendly as she is. Joanne has become more than just our realtor, I would consider her a valued friend.
