Joanne is a gem. She is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, listens and advocates. She helped me and my boys find the perfect home. I hands down recommend Joanne, over and over again. She is fabulous.

Joanne was great to work with. I was moving long distance, so her local knowledge was essential. I also had a “team” of local family members helping me with my home search, and she was very accommodating with things like viewing homes multiple times

Very satisfied

Joanne McCoy is an outstanding realtor! As a first-time homebuyer, I was incredibly grateful to have such a knowledgeable and dedicated buyer’s agent guiding me through the entire process. Throughout the search, she worked tirelessly to understand what I was looking for and to find a home that was exactly the right fit. I always felt that she had my best interests in mind and was committed to helping me make the right decision. Thanks to her hard work, expertise, and attention to detail, I was able to find the perfect home. I highly recommend Joanne McCoy!

Joanne is amazing. She led us through the selling process seamlessly. Our house wasn't even on the market officially and we had an offer right away, through her contacts. It made for a great experience. 10/10 would recommend Jo for buying or selling your house!

Joanne, what can I say? I've worked with other agents before, and she is hands down the best. From day one, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me every step of the way. She always made me feel like a priority, answered every question with patience, and fought for my best interests throughout the process. What stood out most was how much I trusted her—she's honest, kind, and truly cares about her clients. If you're looking to move to Lincoln or the surrounding area, I can't recommend Joanne enough. She does things the right way, and having her on your side makes all the difference.

Joanne is absolutely amazing. So patient in working with us and so kind. She takes the time to get to know you, understand what you want, and help you make the best purchase possible. She definitely helped us find our long-term home, and we recommend her to all our friends and family we know who plan on moving to the Lincoln area. You won't find a better agent.

Joanne has been an absolute blessing to our family over the last three years. For all of her help in finding a house and selling the same house, we couldn't have asked for a better guide throughout this journey. Joanne truly cares about what is best for her clients and looks out for them every step of the way. Most importantly, she is just an amazing person and so thoughtful. We wish we were still in town so we could work with her every time we bought a house. We would recommend Joanne to anyone.
