We had one glitch that was extremely bad , nearly caused a significant issue ; that said it was not on Joanna. No one told us the money had to be wired. Being from New york this was a serious oversight. Our NY bank requires in person to wire funds. The issue (which was later resolved and saved us all to be able to close on-time.) was we arrived in Ohio on the 28th for closing the 30 th.
Again not on Joanna but nearly caused a huge issue.
Joanna worked for us tirelessly. We appreciate her going above and beyond on several occasions.

Joanna is the real deal!!! She is like none other and we've had a LOT of others. We were buying a home out of state and stumbled upon Joanna due to a house she was listing. Oddly enough I had reached out to multiple realtors about properties listed within Irongate as well as others. I got zero help or feedback from others. One person responded on their personal # pretty much saying she wasn't interested in helping us and to find someone else. This was in regard to wanting information about a house she was listing. In the last 5 years we have bought 4 houses and nobody remotely compares to Joanna! She has changed my perspective of realtors and earned respect for the entire profession from us! I feel like now i understand how it's supposed to be. We've never had "service" like Joanna provided us. We actually listed our last house for sale by owner just due to being so tired of paying for something we could do ourselves. Now that we see what she's done, we know we can't do that ourselves! That's the level of service our history has been with, realtors just doing the bare minimum that we could do ourselves.
We felt like we learned so much about Ohio in general from her and really enjoyed her company. She was always going above and beyond to accommodate us. She was always overly prepared, prompt to respond, on time or early, and did everything she said she would do. We felt confident with her and trusted her 100% which says everything. A lot of people recommend a realtor bc it's their friend and don't know anything about what they are like professionally. Joanna feels like a friend now, but I will be recommending her to everyone due to the fact that she's actually amazing at what she does. She actually inspired me to want to be a realtor!
