Joan was wonderful! From start to finish, she provided expert guidance, offering invaluable advice on staging and negotiating the sale. Thanks to her expertise, the house sold at full list price in just three weeks. Even after the sale, Joan remained dedicated, ensuring a seamless closing process and checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Thank you Joan,
You were patient and informative during our house hunt.
You gave guidance when needed and your experience showed.
We love our new home!
Joan handled both the sale of my property in PEC and the purchase of my next home in Prescott, ON. She was wonderful throughout the whole process. I closed on the sale and the purchase on the same day so everything had to be done 'just right'. I am not an experienced home buyer or seller.. it was just my second real estate transaction, so I needed someone who could walk me through the whole process and that's exactly what she did. Thank you Joan, and a shout out as well to fellow Century 21 agent Arrin Alford who helped with the initial offer on my new home in Prescott..
Joan is really very thorough and well prepared to help you make the best decisions about your property. She is conscientious and works hard with her clients. Great job! Thanks Joan for a smooth rental of my apartment.

Excellent Service ... 5 plus rating. Joan proved to be essential with our real estate search, she was extremely professional, attentive and had a full scope of knowledge of the area in Prince Edward County.
We had a great experience with Joan as our realtor. We were looking to purchase some vacant land in Prince Edward County and contacted Joan to show us some properties. She provided great information about the area and the different properties themselves. Joan also has lots of experience with rental properties and things to consider if you are looking to own one. She kept us informed of new listings and provided contacts for various trades in the area. Joan was easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We would recommend Joan for any real estate transactions in PEC area.
