Jo Gibbons my sales agent was very professional helpful open and transparent from the moment we met to after the final sale of my house. Jo gave me a detailed presentation of all the steps involved in selling my property from A-Z. She interviewed me and inquired about my expectations and goals in selling. I was very pleased with the way she marketed my property and advised me on preparing for the sale. The photos and video of my house were high quality. The research of the market value report and property in my city was excellent. She kept me updated as soon as new appointments were scheduled to view the property. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was very responsive to all my calls emails and questions. It was obvious my agent and real estate agents company care about their clients. My agent was present with me when I met with the buyers escrow officer to sign off my home and all went smoothly. Jo succeeded in meeting my contract deadline since I was also buying another property with a 30 day contingency. Jo made my husband and my buying process seamless. Throughout the process she was very patient answering our questions always available to meet with us took us to the same places multiple times and never pushy. We also loved the fact that she had depth knowledge of the area we were looking at. She always presented her work very professionally.
