Jim Olson did a great job helping me buy a coop unit in Rossmoor for the winter months we live here. He was very knowledgeable about the intricacies of how to satisfy all the requirements of a Rossmoor purchase. He was up to date on all the deadlines and paperwork needed to make the purchase (although a member of his team did get a deadline wrong on a written list she sent me). Jim was always easy to reach and able to meet according to my schedule. He was personable and pleasant to work with. He knows the Rossmoor market. I highly recommend him.
