Standout guy, love working with Jim. He takes care of you and makes you feel comfortable with the entire buying/selling process.

My realtor was Kevan Hess. He was amazing and went above our expectations.

Jim did a great job, great communicator throughout the selling process.

Fabulous service! Knows the area, prompt, sold house in less than 12 hours

Working with Kevan Hess has been the Smoothest and most stress free experience throughout the whole process of buying the home. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and took care of pretty much everything. Anyone who asks me in the future if I know a great realtor it will be the Hess family!

Words cannot adequately express the gratitude we have for Mr. Jim Hess. When my husband and I committed to relocating to Kalamazoo, our friends and family all said the same thing, “Jim Hess is the best”! From our first encounter with Mr. Hess, we knew that we were in great and capable hands. Not only is he knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, he loves and believes in his community. He walked us through these uncharted waters using his expertise sprinkled with grace. We will be forever grateful that we connected with him and closed on our retirement home in record time. Now we can attest like so many others have that Jim Hess really IS the best! Someone should put that on a T-shirt! Dean and Kristina Stevenson

I've had the opportunity to work with Kevan and Jim Hess on multiple occasions. Most recently with Kevan who worked with me on both the listing and purchasing sides of transactions. The Hess Team can't be beat for real estate knowledge, community involvement and empathy. They are the definition of excellence and consistently exceed expectations. I will continue to refer them as often as possible!

Jim, Mike and I always said that if we ever moved out of our beautiful, Westwood starter home, the only relator we would call was you. Whether it was seeing you in church, or Samantha taking volleyball lesson with Jeanne's girls, to knowing all the good you and Jeanne provide for Kalamazoo, your integrity and legacy is evident. Thank you for helping us find the right home for our next stage in life. When we are ready to move again, there is no one else we will call, but you (or Kevan). :) Karyn Medendorp

Love my new home. Jim and Kevan Hess were professional and pleasant to work with.
