Adam and Justin are absolutely the best! They went above and beyond with my property search. I couldn't be happier with my agent, Adam Shields. He is incredibly professional and really cares about his clients. He goes the extra mile!

Excellent realtor. Jim is like family. Super happy with everything.

Patty Burns is one of the best realtors I have ever encountered. She is consistent and never has she ever thought of herself during her time with me. She finds out all the answers the customers questions and she is the hardest working realtor I have ever worked with. I will always be grateful for the deals she put together for me.

Jim Fain did a Great job promoting our Lake Sinclair condo. He was very efficient handing all the needs before and after the sell. I highly recommend Jim Fain for any of your Real Estate needs. 5 star agent/broker for sure!

Jim was a lifesaver in our recent home sale. My mother passed away a little over a year ago, and we hired an agent that we had no previous knowledge of to sell her home. This turned out to be a really bad experience, so when we were able to get out of the contract with this agent, we called Jim. Jim was a friend from school, and he was ready to step in and right the ship for us. He was kind, courteous, and professional. He went to work immediately and kept us informed every step of the way. His experience was incredibly helpful, and he was able to advise us, while still keeping our goals first and foremost. Jim is a charismatic, personable, knowledgable agent who listens to his clients, and does his best to make their goals a reality. I will most definitely let him take care of any real estate needs I may have in the future.

I've bought a few and sold a few over the years. Dealing with Jim and his crew has been a blessing. They keep you updated and let you know what may be coming so you are prepared. They give you an opinion. And let you figure out if you want to go your own way or jump on it. After we sell out last property I may buy another just to deal with him!

I can't say enough nice things about Jim. We purchased land and I would have thought I purchased a million dollar mansion because of the way Jim treated me. He helped me find a bank that would finance my land and he was so responsive during the entire process. Emails and texts were responded to immediately and he is so personable with a fantastic personality. I felt like we have known each other for a lifetime. Jim maintained consistent contact through the entire process and I couldn't ask for anything more. He texted me to check on me and to see how I was doing through the entire process. I hope he can help me in the future and anyone would be blessed to have him assist you in your next Real Estate purchase.

Jim was very professional, upright and honest throughout the entire process of our sale and our purchase. If I buy or sell again I will use him every time

Buying our first house with the help of Mr. Jim Fain was, hands down, the best decision that my husband and I could have made. Mr. Jim was responsive to all of our questions, even when we had several that led to even more. He guided us through this crazy market and is the sole reason why we have our house today. He negotiated on our behalf, answered our what if’s, and made the process smooth. Without a doubt, we will continue to use Fickling & Co Lake Country for any real estate needs we have!

Jim was very talented, resourceful and excellent in marketing at selling my mother's challenging piece of property on Lake Sinclair. I highly recommend Jim in his real estate abilities. He far exceeded my expectations.
