Jill was fantastic! We are so glad we got to work with her and know who we'll turn to when we are next in the market. She was deeply knowledgeable about the market and found the type of property we wanted, always keeping in mind what our priorities were and evaluating properties from our perspective. She was savvy and used a critical eye to evaluate properties and uncover potential hidden problems during the search. She worked hard throughout the entire process, including pushing negotiations to get to the price point we felt comfortable with and to get the seller to conduct more repairs than we had originally expected they would agree to. Her communicativeness was excellent, and she also connected us to experienced inspectors and mortgage broker to ensure the whole process moved along seamlessly. 10/10 would highly recommend working with Jill if you get the opportunity.
We felt we were in good hands with Jill. She was like a duck on water: working hard under the surface but appearing calm, cool, and collected! Jill welcomed and answered all of our niggling questions. We felt she truly advocated for us. She was a good student of us, asking questions and respecting our personalities as we looked at different homes. Shout out to Dawn for being a great teammate and assisting with a smooth closing! To top it off, Jill offered to bring dinner for our entire moving crew. Overall, a wonderful experience!
