Jessica was such an amazing realtor. She was quick and responsive she was attentive. She was knowledgeable. And she was patient. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone that I know that is looking for a home.

Very professional and helpful with the entire process especially as being a new home buyer! Would recommend to anyone

Working with Jessica has been an absolute blessing for our family. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. She was always there when we needed her — even late at night — ready with answers, reassurance, and patience for every single question we had.Her honesty and kindness made the entire experience feel safe and stress‑free. Jessica never stopped advocating for us and worked far beyond what anyone would expect from a realtor. Because of her dedication, we were able to sell our home and find our new place in less than a month, something we never imagined possible. We are deeply grateful for everything she has done for us, and we will wholeheartedly recommend her to our family and friends.

Jessica Taburada made me impressed from her excellent professionalism as CIR Realtor agent. As a first time home buyer, I have no knowledge about the systems of buying a house. I was dependent on her and trusted her well because I know her expertice and her long experienced dealing in real estates transactions. She exceeded my expectations, and helped me a lots in dealing with Seller, Mortgage Broker and in Legal Counsel. She always communicate and respond right away with me at all times whenever I needed. She is a remarkable and an asset of CIR Real Estate Company. She is highly referrable and higly recommended with my friends who needed a realtor agent especially for those first time home buyers.
