She spent several years in Massachusetts and Rhode Island working for a real estate appraisal company and managing the office of a design and construction firm that built high-end homes. Prior to real estate, Jessica spent 10 years as the office manager for her family’s 140-year-old business in Connecticut. Throughout her career, Jessica has sharpened her skills in transparent communication and follow-through to ensure the best quality customer experience. The sale or purchase of an affluent home is in good hands since having Jessica spent a majority of her life exposed to luxury businesses and brands. <br> <br> Recently relocated to Longboat Key from Newport, RI, Jessica has spent many years moving around and gives unique perspectives to help customers when they are selling, buying and relocating. Though she is a recent resident of the area, Jessica spent many years vacationing on the islands in her family’s second home on LBK. In many ways, being on Longboat Key reminds her of growing up along the shoreline of Connecticut and she has particularly always loved the beaches, nature, attractions and culture of the Suncoast. Jessica is a self-professed perpetual student with a passion for historical preservation and conservation, as well as having studied at Yale, Harvard and Cornell. Her other passions are philosophy, English literature, history, foreign languages and food. An avid cook and baker, Jessica says love is always her secret ingredient and puts that same sentiment into her real estate business. <br>
