There are so many moving parts when it comes to buying and selling a home, which was a huge shock to me. In the beginning I was apprehensive about using a relator, I haven't heard great things, but Jessica is money well spent.There was zero pressure throughout the whole process, we were able to sell high and buy low. Her expertise not only in the relastate market, but home construction was phenomenal. She was able to point out all things relastate, home structure/construction, home flaws, not to code things. I hate spending money, and I like I said earlier she was money well spent.
