Jessica was incredible!  We were still living in Florida, and dealing with selling a home with no roof (thanks Hurricane Ian) so to say I was stressed was an understatement.  We had one day to visit Georgia, and tour homes.  Jessica spoke to me nearly every day about my preferences and what exactly I was looking for.  She was awesome with the children as we toured as many homes as we could in that one day.  When I returned to Floriday, and two days later, a house that seemed to meet all of our needs came up for sale, she immediately booked a showing and called us on Facetime. We ended up purchasing that home and even though we never got to step foot until the night before closing, Jessica ensured that everything we needed was done.  From recommending a roofer to do an inspection the very next day, to helping get the home inspection completed in a timely manner, I was never overwhelmed because I know she had my back.  Would 1000% recommend her, and use her again for any future real estate needs. 

Jessica was awesome to work with from  looking for a new home right through the whole purchase process.  She was very responsive and thorough with every detail large or small and made our home buying experience a pleasure.  She has assisted us with getting a full price offer within 3 weeks of listing our cabin in Ellijay, selling our historic home in Ball Ground for above asking, found an agent for us to use to sell our second home in Florida and lastly negotiated a fabulous deal on our current home in Canton.  We would definitely use her in the future for our real estate needs. 

Jessica went above and beyond to help me with selling my home and buying a home.  It was very tough but finally very well settled in.  From the very beginning to the very end, she made the journey possible.  My kids and family were pleased. 

Jessica is absolutely amazing!  She bends over backwards to help you find your perfect home.  She doesn't let you settle for anything that you won't be 1000% happy with.  She doesn't quit until she finds you your perfect dream home!  I appreciate her so very much!
