Jessica stepped in last minute when the Agent I was working with had to step aside unexpectedly. I was relocating from Charlotte and started my house search without being local. While I can be difficult to work with at times, Jessica did an excellent job dealing with me, identifying my requirements, and locating properties to look at. Taking me last minute to view properties as I might drive to W-S just to view a property then drive back out. I would highly recommend Jessica as an agent to talk with to help with your Home buying or selling needs.
Our house had major renovations after we bought it. Nine years later, we put it on the market. All of this made it tricky to price. Jessica did a great job with the comps and with advising us. We had several offers and Jessica helped us discern which was the best (which is not always the highest price, necessarily). Within a week, we sold the house for a price we were very happy with. Then, that couple backed out because they decided it was not large enough for their growing family. Jessica contacted those who had made bids and we got another offer that was as good as the first. After the normal time for loan approval, etc., the house sale closed with no hitches. We were very pleased with our experience of working with Jessica.

Jessica was extremely helpful when looking for an apartment to rent in an area I was completely unfamiliar with.
