On 2/14, my 4th RE deal via Jessica closed. She has always gone above and beyond even high expectations. She saved me from more than one misstep: when I first viewed the apt where I now live, I wanted to make an offer. J. pointed out my offer could be used at the next day's Open House, to egg on other possible buyers to act quickly. So I made my offer the day after the O.H., and she helped me work out terms the seller accepted that same week. The day the unit went on the market, J. saw it, talked to me & scheduled a viewing for me the next morning. A few days before I moved, I broke my arm. Jessica brought me groceries, and even took my car to her own house so she could run it regularly to keep the battery charged while I was grounded. She helped me to prepare and then to sell my late sister's condo; she got me not just a signed offer for my old apt, she got me a signed back-up offer as well. I truly can't recommend her too highly. She's a rare gem.
