This was my first time buying a home and to say the stories I had heard were horror stories is an understatement. I had dealt with a lender prior and was NOT impressed. I was referred to Carolina and Melissa and from the moment i started working with them they were the BEST! Very knowledgeable, very responsive but most of all VERY SUPPORTIVE and walked me thru every step of the process. They made my first time buying a home absolutely memorable. I am referring everyone I know looking for a home to go thru them. If you go to anyone else you will be missing out on the best buying experience you could have! I truly feel blessed to have worked with them and appreciate EVERYTHING they did for me. BEST TEAM EVER!!!!

We were recommended to Jessica and Prospect Mortgage thru a mutual associate. Jessica was professional and very prompt in here dealings with us and made the mortgage process easy and as stress free as possible We were even was able to close on our new house a full week before expected. This allowed us to save a full month on the rental house we were in, saving us $1200. I recommend Jessica and Prospect Mortgage to anyone who needs a first class mortgage provider.
