Add to that, being 5 states away, Jesse was not only my "boots on the ground" in checking on the condition of the unit but also extremely knowledgeable and creative in creating a situation that was best for both parties involved.

Jessie was great and on point. We had a very short timeframe to look at properties while in the area. Jessie made time to discuss our ideas upfront and when we were met with him he had laid out a set of properties to provide us options that met key factors we discussed. We were close to selecting a property when we had to leave, but Jessie recommended that we see one additional property and make a return trip. That advice was perfect as we returned and upon viewing the property went straight to contract activities
