Would love to give Jeremy a big thank you! He has been a huge help with selling our first home. He walked us through the whole process and made it an enjoyable experience! It wasn't easy to give up a house with lots of awesome memories. The family is growing and Jeremy reassured us he was going to help us find our new dream house to fit the whole family. Nice to have a caring realtor! Thank you Jeremy!

Jeremy Noel has been a friend and investment mentor to my wife and I since he sold us our first home. Jeremy is one of kind!!

Jeremy was excellent! He thoroughly communicated with us throughout the entire house buying process. He went above & beyond to ensure we chose the right house for our family, as well as kept in mind our wanting to invest our money! We look forward to doing business with Jeremy in the future & will definitely be recommending him to anyone we know! Thank you so much, Jeremy!

JEREMY SHOWED US HOMES. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWDGEABLE.WAS VERY HONEST OVER WHAT PROPERTY WAS AND COMMENTS ON ISSUES AND COSTS AND REPAIRS.

Jeremy Noel made this deal happen. He knew our interest and brought this opportunity to our attention. The sellers did not accept the offer at first. Jeremy stayed in touch and when the opportunity presented itself recommended offering again. This turned into an accepted offer. Throughout the process Jeremy was excellent about reminding us to sign things or set up utilities. It never felt like nagging. It felt like we had a really organized professional on our side. If it weren’t for Jeremy we wouldn’t be short-term rental owners today. I highly recommend working with him on any real estate transaction.

Jeremy was an exceptional representative of Ruhl & Ruhl. He was compassionate and patient with us. He understood how difficult it was for us and made the process of selling our mom's home so simple and stress-free. He made the process so easy for us too. He was fun to work with also. He had just to right amount of humor that would be at the perfect time. We had a lot of fun working with him. Also, he was very professional, even though he sprinkled in the fun, compassion, patience, and answered questions. His professional behaver was top notch! He had only good words to say about Ruhl & Ruhl. He is a very loyal dedicated professional. We couldn't have been more happy with our choice to have Jeremy help us through this
