Jeremy and Deb both helped my partner and I. I was incredibly am ious to start the house hunting process because I was unsure if I were to be discriminated against, however illegal. Jeremy and Deb never knew about this anxiety I had because they instantly acted as such a positive front for the both of us. When LGBTQ people buy a house, many are terrified, do not know their rights, and need a lot of guidance. I would suggest Jeremy and Deb for LGBTQ individuals because of their allyship, dedication, and knowledge.
Jeremy and Deb were great in our whole house hunting experience! They were supper willing to help us set up viewings to look at houses and get us into see those house in a timely manner and within our schedule. They also were always available to answer any questions we had during our experience and responded quickly with answers. Working with Jeremy was an absolute pleasure. He was patient and available every step of the way. He consistently went out of his way to help us out, including driving well outside of his normal showing range just to show us houses and land we were interested in. In the end, with Jeremy's help we found the perfect home! After that, he continued to work with us as our sales agent for our previous house- making the process smooth and painless as possible.
