She was consistently responsive, and she always acted in our best interest throughout the process.To illustrate her performance - we got a late afternoon call from the title company telling us a really scary "you should call a lawyer" issue. I texted Sara with no expectation she look at it right then as it was late in the evening. She responded immediately and got in touch with the seller's agent. About 1 hour later, the issue was solved, and it was identified as a miscommunication on the seller's disclosure. It was nice to keep our worry to a minimum and be assured we were still on the path to closing.Highly recommend!!
