Jenny was very active in prepping the house for sale, including contacting a handyman and needed professionals for staging services, addressing pond issues, floor treatments, drainage issues, etc. She literally shopped for fixtures both electrical and plumbing, painted doors, cleaned the koi pond and porches, and bought and planted and watered flowers. She pretty much guided the entire course of the renovation and sale process. Her level of personal involvement was unexpected but very welcome and really saved time and money and kept us on schedule.
