Kate and Jen did more than just show us houses. They looked at the houses with expert eyes and pointed out things (both good and bad) that we didn't notice or hadn't thought about. They researched the houses prior to showing them to us. In addition, they have a whole list of contacts whom we can call for any services we might need. We have found all of them to be top notch!
We hadn't bought a house in over 30 years so we were relatively new to the house buying market. Kate and Jen walked us through it all. They answered our many texts and calls quickly and informatively.
