Jen is the best, we have bought and sold a house with her, we have moved 5 times in our lives and both experiences with her have been exceptional. She is by far the best we have worked with and always willing to help. Nothing but good things to say.
Jennifer was amazing. She helped with all questions and helped to get us top dollar in an ever-changing market! We were in contact within 14 hours, after 11 showings with 7 offers!
She really helped to get everything finalized and even worked with the buyers realtor to negotiate the TV's, treadmill and a few other items to remain in the home after closing!
Could not have asked for a better person to work with.
Jen took the time and effort to find the house that was right for us. She was always available, and excited to show us any house, anytime.
Thank you, Jen!
I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional service Jennifer Peters provided throughout the entire process of buying my home.
Her attention to detail and her ability to listen and understand my needs made me feel confident and well-supported. The way she navigated challenges with such skill and calmness was truly impressive, and I am so grateful for her patience and the many hours she put in.
I am excited to recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a realtor in the future. she is truly a standout in her field!
Thank Jennifer and Ruhl&Ruhl for everything.
Jen was an amazing realtor to work with! She did an amazing job selling our home at FULL asking price within 24 hours of finding our dream home to buy. She took care of everything from staging our home, wonderful photography, and help with updates to our home that really made it sparkle and shine for our perspective buyers. In what can be a very stressful experience, she was a calming voice for us to depend on!
Jen was so great to work with! She understood what we wanted in our first home and was available for countless showings until we finally found the perfect home! She was very supportive and offered great advice along the way. We leaned on Jen a lot as this was our first home purchase, and she was a great resource throughout the entire process! Jen is extremely helpful and not pushy at all, which we really appreciated. We knew she was giving her honest opinion and we never felt pressured! Jen is also talented at seeing potential in prospective homes. She can quickly assess current layouts/etc. and provides such thoughtful insight into what you could renovate or make the space into, big or small changes! We can’t imagine finding our perfect home without Jen, thanks so much for all of the help (and patience!) along the way!
