Why She not only help me by walking me through the selling process but also found me a local attorney for the closing, contractors to fix anything wrong with the house, since it was winter and a very cold one with a snow storm a contractor to remove all the snow and ice from the driveway and the sidewalk. Even better every weekend she would go to the house and remove all the trash that was left there and cart the bins out to the street be picked up.
