To be honest, I have little feelings about the firm overall, but my agent Jennifer Griessel was excellent. I would 10/10 recommend her to a friend or colleague, and if the firm she works at happens to come with, great.
Jennifer was professional, clear in her communications, and successfully worked through obstacles to get things done and keep things on track. She made clear when she needed signatures or paperwork by certain deadlines or when an additional phone call from me as the owner would help push things along. And all of this coordination happened across distance and time zones, which makes it even more impressive.
It was a pleasure working with Jennifer as our agent.
Jennifer truly went above and beyond her duties as an agent. She supported us through every step, anticipated challenges before they happened, and made sure we always felt informed and confident. Her professionalism and genuine care made the entire experience exceptional.
We would recommend her.
Jennifer was absolutely essential in purchasing our new home. She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and clear in her explanations and most importantly very prompt in her responses to our inquiries. If it wasn't for her fast action I truly believe we would not have been able to purchase the house that we did which we absolutely love. Thank you Jennifer!!
