When we decided to sell our home, there was no question that we would list with Robert. We met Robert when we decided to move to Venice in 2015, and after reviewing several websites, we found the Michael Saunders site to be the easiest and most useful. It just so happened that when we decided to make a house-hunting trip, Robert was the agent on the floor. WRobert is professional, thorough, and detail-oriented. His knowledge of the market gives one confidence in his recommendation on listing price. Setting the correct listing price attracts the right buyer in the appropriate amount of time. Robert and his team, including Jennifer Fisher and Laura Singer are responsive and easy to work with. During a process that is highly personal and naturally stressful, we very much appreciated their engaging personalities! They represent your firm very well!
