FIRST: The house sold in a period of approximately 5 months. In consideration of a volatile market place when house sales escalated to unrealistically high margins and were beginning to decline, it was an uncertain market that could have (and still may) plummet to unrealistically low margins. The sale of my home was accomplished before a serious downfall could occur. The majority credit for this, of course, must be credited to “good fortune” or God’s will. However, it was my experience that coupled with this truth, was the careful overseeing of the transaction by Jennifer Campbell.
SECONDLY: It had been many years since I was involved in the sale of property. I was in need of, and received from Jennifer Campbell, certain knowledge and guidance (on and as-needed basis) to assist me in this transaction.
THIRDLY: Sales price adjustments were necessary as the selling progress and market place changes came into play. I feel I was realistically guided through these changes and am highly satisfied with the suggestions provided by Jennifer. This… means that I am also satisfied with the final negotiation and final sales price.
LASTLY: A general, and overall appraisal of my experience with McGraw and Jennifer Campbell is considered outstanding. I had concerns throughout the process caused both by my lack of current experience and today’s market conditions. Jennifer was consistent in attentiveness to my concerns and prompt in responding.

Jennifer Is such an energetic and bubbly person. She is so very knowledgeable and confident.
