Jennifer and Matt did an incredible job in getting my house sold in record time. I was expecting to wait about a year before my house would sell, but it happened after only 45 days of being on the market. The couple made it very easy for me to sell as they took care of all the paperwork and legalities. Not only were they very competent, but they were a pleasure to work with. They treated me as a friend, but maintained their high level of professionalism. Jen and Matt communicated with me in a timely manner using both email, texting, and phone calls. I believe that a husband/wife team works quite well.
